DHL Express delivery within 2-6 business days.
UPS Express delivery within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Limited edition items have a longer lead time due to the fact that they are not in stock and can be made to your order and, in some cases, to your specifications.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Suavite cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Please note that such product categories are not refundable, no matter what the product name itself is online:
- Tights, socks, stockings
- Corset goods (corsets)
- Lingerie: underwear, sleepwear, briefs, tops, sconces, bras, pajamas, bodysuits
Return items that has been made to your specifications will not be accepted.
We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled. Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging.
Once the return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
If you are eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as Suavite credit if you prefer; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
